Mr Fahy’s Class were delighted to harvest their first vegetables today. They pulled two onions as they had started to flower. Therefore, they would no longer develop. Some pupils suggested they would be great for making onion soup. We look forward to harvesting the rest of our crop, which will include lettuce, potatoes, onions, beetroot and radishes. @agriaware #incredibleedibles
