Scoil Íosa have taken second in the FAI Schools Boys National 5’s Finals at the Aviva Stadium.
Having beaten Scoil Iosagain from Donegal 3-0 in their opening game and Scoil Nicolais from Cork 5-2 in their second, it meant a final round showdown with Lusk from Dublin who were just too strong on the day. However, it is was outstanding showing from our lads and we are extremely proud of the heart and determination that they showed throughout. A big thanks to all the staff involved and to all the staff who give so freely of their spare time to promote the wide variety of extra curricular activities that is offered to pupils at Scoil Íosa. A special mention also to the rapturous support from all who attended the match.
